MEET MARTHA “MARTY” PALACIO
Martha “Marty” Palacio is the founder of Palace Practice LLC, a U.S. Navy veteran, healthcare professional, educator, and psychology graduate with a passion for teaching and serving others.
Her experience in healthcare and education has centered around helping people build practical skills, confidence, and knowledge they can carry into real-world situations.
Palace Practice was created to bring that same approach to CPR, BLS, First Aid, and safety training throughout the Las Vegas Valley.

After serving in the U.S. Navy, I knew that service would always remain an important part of who I am. My path through healthcare, education, and psychology continued to show me how powerful the right knowledge can be—especially when someone else is depending on you.
I created Palace Practice to make lifesaving education practical, approachable, and accessible. Whether I am training one person or an entire team, my goal is for every participant to leave feeling more confident and prepared to respond in an emergency.
Palace Practice also represents something personal to me: an opportunity to continue serving my community while building something that can give back. As the business grows, I hope to create more opportunities for veterans to access valuable training and skills.
